Sir Isaac Newton the scientist had a skilled mechanic make him a model of our solar system in miniature. It had balls of different sizes representing the Sun and the planets. These balls were so geared together by cogs and belts so as to move in perfect harmony by turning a crank.
One day, a friend of Newton who didn't believe in God stopped by to visit him, and saw the model. He stepped up to it and turned the crank and then exclaimed: "My! What a Fantastic Thing This Is! Who Made It?" .
Without looking up from the book he was reading, Newton answered: "NOBODY!"
His friend immediately replied, "Surely you did not hear me right. I asked Who Made This Thing?" Finally, looking up, Newton assured him that Nobody had made it but that the aggregation of matter so much admired had just happened to assume the form it was in. To which his friend replied: "You must think that I am a Fool. Of Course SOMEONE MADE IT!"
Newton got up and spoke to his friend: "This thing is a very poor imitation of a much grander system, and I am not able to convince you that this mere toy is without a designer and maker; yet you profess to believe that the great original from which this model is taken has come into being without either designer or maker! Now, You tell me. By what sort of reasoning do you come to such a conclusion?"
"For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse.... Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools.".
In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth!
P.S. "He made the stars also"!
Jesus is The Lord. All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made. He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name. Jesus is the Lord! Whosoever shall call upon the name of the LORD, shall be saved. (Your Choice?)
Now Jesus says, "And ye will not come to Me, that ye might have life. I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive." (Your Choice? :)
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen. --Richard
