Valley of the shadow

Jehoshaphat was the King of Judah, ruling from Beer-sheba to Ephraim. The valley of Jehoshaphat is called the valley of Berachah in 2Chron.20:26. This valley of decision is where the multitude from "beyond the sea on this side Syria" (Moab, Ammon and OTHER with them) were judged. This answers to the valley of Kidron, which the Lord Jesus will cross after landing on the Mount of Olives, and where he will SIT to judge the nations (sheep and goats) which will come to destroy his brethren (Israel). See Matthew 25. (and Ezek.40-48) Arabians brought Jehoshaphat flocks, 7700 rams and 7700 goats.

The valley of Meggido is where good king Josiah was PIERCED by archers, when Pharaoh-necho went up to fight against Charchemish by Euphrates. The valley of Meggido is above the valley of Jezreel, which runs to the valley of Jordan, downward to the lake of fire.

When the nations come to fight against Israel, the Lord will save the tents of Judah FIRST, as it is written, "And they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son."

Various locations for judgment and/or destruction:
1. Initial attack down the coast from Damascus, via Tyre and Zidon.
2. From Mt.Sinai(ARABIA), up the King's Highway to Jordan and Gilgal.
3. From the mount of Olives, westward across the valley of decision.
4. From Meggido to Jordan by way of Jezreel.
(And some of the warfare is above the earth, as the Lord returns!)

The valley of decision is the valley of Megiddo for battle, and the valley of Jehoshaphat for judgment. (More than one multitude.) The "very great valley" of Zech.14:5, will be a refuge for Israel, to SHADE them from the blast which lights up the sky at even time, brighter than a neutron bomb, when they that fought against Israel have their flesh consumed away while they stand upon their feet. ("Yea, though I walk through the valley of the SHADOW of death...")

And so all Israel shall be saved. Be not found among their enemies! (Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved!) Remember that Jesus is the Lord and turn unto him with all thine heart. Make him thy confidence and sure hope in the last days of this evil world. "It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man."
