"THIRD DAY SINCE"

A Surprising Look at 'good friday' as contrasted with the True Three Days AND THREE NIGHTS the Lord Jesus was in the heart of the earth; as revealed by The Bible.

From a message by a Curious Questioner--
>CQ> Subj: Re: (3) 3 days & 3 nights

>CQ> I have read all of your 3 days & 3 nights messages, and must say you've done an excellent job.

Hi [Name], Well, the Lord deserves the Lion's share of praise for anything good that comes from what we say or do for Jesus' sake.

>CQ> Just one question.

Actually (grin) you asked 7 questions. (And 1 in your Origin line. :)

>CQ> How do you explain Luke 24:21 which says "and beside all this, today is the third day since these things were done"?

The things that happened unto Jesus before his resurrection, include the sealing of the tomb the day after he was crucified. As we have before shown, he was crucified on the 4th day of the week, and was buried at sunset, the beginning of the 5th day of the week. (The 5th day was when God created great WHALES, so as Jonah was three days and three nights in the whale's belly, even so, Jesus was three days and three nights in the heart of the earth; rose from the dead in the end of the sabbath; and appeared the 1st day of the week. :)

Sunday is the 1st day since Saturday.
Sunday is the 2nd day since Friday.
Sunday is "the third day" since Thursday, the fifth day of the week, when the tomb was sealed, and the things were done!

>>RC> "Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world."

>CQ> Okay, any idea why it says "taketh away *the sin* of the world", instead [of] "taketh away the *sins* of the world"?

"Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world..." [Rom.5:12p]

("Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life." Rom.5:18 :)

>CQ> Okay, does that verse (Romans 4:25) say that I couldn't be justified if Christ rose not from the dead?

(No, that verse in the A.V. says what it says, as it is written. :)

>CQ> Are you one of those that believe the KJV is the only correct bible?

By the grace of God, I believe that Jesus is the Lord, and that the Author's Version of the Holy Bible (aka. Authorized King James Version) is the only english version of the Bible that has the power by the Holy Ghost to say "that Jesus is the Lord", as it is written. Grace be to your heart, in love for Jesus' sake. Amen. --Richard
